Sizing Recommendations

8-12 oz = Heavy bag work
12-14 oz = Heavy bag work, pad work, and drills
14-16 oz = Drills and sparring

Glove size indicates the weight of the foam on each glove before leather and trimming is sewn on. Always check with your coach for recommended glove sizes as every gym has their own preferences.
